  • 6.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Customized items and digital products are exempt from this policy and are non-refundable unless defective. To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. Specifically, if you opt to utilize the advertising and collaboration services provided by TasteTravellers, these sections are to be considered integral parts of both the main terms and the service-specific terms outlined herein.

At TasteTravellers we aim to enrich the travel experience by fostering connections and collaborations within the travel community. Our platform offers unique opportunities for travel agencies and related entities to increase their visibility and engagement through various advertising and marketing services.

SECTION 1 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the advertising services provided by TasteTravellers, you (the "Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&C). If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use our services.

SECTION 2 - SCOPE OF SERVICE

TasteTravellers offers a range of advertising services designed for travel-related brands, including but not limited to travel agencies, accommodation rentals, vehicle rentals, outdoor equipment suppliers, and culinary experiences. Our services include social media promotion, feature placements, and content creation across various platforms, as detailed in our offerings.

SECTION 3 - ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Our services are exclusively available to brands related to tourism. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity that does not align with our focus on travel and tourism.

SECTION 4 - ADVERTISING CONTENT AND PLACEMENT

  • All advertising content must be relevant to travel and adhere to our content guidelines.
  • The placement of advertisements, including mentions, features, and posts, is subject to availability and our discretion.
  • We do not guarantee the performance of any advertisement but will endeavor to place content in a manner that is likely to achieve the Client's desired outcomes.

SECTION 5 - PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Prices for our services are subject to change based on platform growth and engagement metrics. We aim to maintain a flat fee structure where possible.
  • Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement.
  • Some of the services require an initial deposit of 10% of the total service price at the time of booking. This deposit secures your slot and allows us to begin the necessary preparations for your service, including but not limited to the creation of banners, posts, reels, and other marketing materials. Services that are monthly they require to be paid upfront in-full.

SECTION 6 - REFERRAL PROGRAM
Clients can earn discounts on services through our Enhanced Referral Program. Discounts vary based on the number of new customers referred and their continued engagement with our services.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES

  • TasteTravellers is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any collaboration or service in cases of non-compliance with these T&C or if the content is flagged as inappropriate or harmful.

Specifically, if you opt to utilize the Customize with Your Onw Photos - Personalized Travel-Inspired Merchandise services provided by TasteTravellers, these sections are to be considered integral parts of both the main terms and the service-specific terms outlined herein.

SECTION 1 - RIGHTS TO USE IMAGERY

You must ensure that you have the full legal rights to use any images you submit for customization. By providing an image, you grant TasteTravellers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to modify, reproduce, and use the image for the purpose of creating and delivering your customized product.

SECTION 2 - QUALITY AND PREVIEW APPROVAL

The appearance of the final product may vary from the digital preview due to material and manufacturing processes. Before finalizing your order, you will receive a digital mockup which must be approved. TasteTravellers is not responsible for discrepancies between the digital preview and the final product.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM ORDERS

Customized orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective. Please report any defects within 7 days of receiving your product for a replacement or refund. Check our Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions for Sell Your Own Travel-Inspired Products on TasteTravellers

The following provision serves as an extension to all preceding sections of this document, as well as any corresponding sections. Specifically, if you opt to utilize the Sell Your Own Travel-Inspired Products services provided by TasteTravellers, these sections are to be considered integral parts of both the main terms and the service-specific terms outlined herein.

SECTION 1 - VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendors must ensure that all products meet high-quality standards and are accurately described. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and in accordance with any agreed-upon terms.

SECTION 2 - REVENUE SHARING

Sales revenue will be shared according to the following formula in stated in our service details. Revenue share percentages are determined by the retail price bracket of the product. TasteTravellers reserves the right to modify these brackets & percentages related to this service at any time.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Vendors must certify that they have the right to sell the products offered and grant TasteTravellers a license to advertise, promote, and resell the products.

SECTION 4 - LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES

  • TasteTravellers is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any collaboration or service in cases of non-compliance with these T&C or if the content is flagged as inappropriate or harmful.

Clients may terminate services in line with the cancellation policy detailed in their respective service agreements. Although clients are not permitted to introduce new products, they are obligated to fulfill all existing pre-orders. It is imperative that client actions ensure user satisfaction.
